Privacy & Data Use
Status: Founder Approved launch-stage notice • Effective: August 19, 2026
Shell & Co Remodeling uses the information you voluntarily submit to review and respond to a nonbinding project inquiry. Submitting the form does not create an appointment, estimate, contract, accepted job, payment obligation or customer relationship.
Information collected
The inquiry form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, project ZIP code, project type, planning budget range, desired timing, property status, project description and your contact-consent choices.
How information is used
- Review the requested project and determine whether follow-up may be appropriate.
- Contact you about the inquiry when you authorize contact.
- Protect the form from spam, duplicates and abuse.
- Send optional marketing only when separately authorized.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are sent to a private server-side destination. They are not intentionally stored in the public GitHub repository. Browser visitors do not receive direct read or write access to the private inquiry table.
Remodel Studio
Public photo upload and AI generation are currently disabled. If the Remodel Studio opens later, a separate production notice and consent control will explain photo purpose, private storage, OpenAI transmission, retention, deletion and the conceptual nature of generated images before a customer photo is accepted.
What not to submit
Do not submit Social Security numbers, government-identification numbers, payment-card or banking information, medical information, passwords, API keys or other highly sensitive information through the project-inquiry form.
Retention and deletion requests
Launch-stage inquiry records are retained only for legitimate inquiry review, security and operating purposes. To request correction or deletion, call or text (502) 303-2398. A request may require reasonable identity verification.
Service providers and legal requirements
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers used to operate and secure the website. Information may also be preserved or disclosed when reasonably required by law, security, fraud prevention or the protection of legal rights.
Updates
This notice may be updated as the business, website and available features develop. Material feature changes must not silently override the consent and authorization controls described here.
